1) Normally, orders after payment will be ready for shipment within 48 working hours. When there is a holiday or weekend, there may be a slight delay.
2) For some tools with TESLA brand labels, the warehouse workers may hide the labels/stickers in the packing boxes. If you don't find the sticker, please contact TESLITE online customer service for help.
3)Custom-Made Products
Custom-made items require additional handling and transit time.

Shipping Cost
1) Free shipping to the United States on orders over $49.9 USD.
Free shipping to most European countries on orders over $59.9 USD.
(For certain remote areas, such as Puerto Rico and some islands, our customer service team may contact you if an additional shipping fee is required.)
2) For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs are calculated based on the package weight, volumetric weight, destination, and shipping method. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout or can be confirmed by contacting our customer support.
3) TESLITE is currently shipped using express or special shipping lines, the current average shipping time to the world in about 7-12 working days.

2) EMS shipping
For Brazil and other countries, RockTinker can directly choose 4PX as the default shipping method. If you choose express shipping or have special requirements, we will inform you by email.
Normally, most of the items on our website can be shipped to most countries in the world. However, different shipping methods may have different restrictions on delivery locations. For example, so far only 4PX is available, but other shipping methods such as DHL, UPS cannot reach. In this case, our customer service staff will give you some guidance.

When buying goods from other countries, it is the responsibility of every buyer to pay customs duties.
